Some of the UK's most celebrated chefs are heading north this November, and you don't need a trip to London to taste their cooking.

Christmas Clay Forest Workshop takes place at Bowhouse in Fife. In this hands-on session, participants create up to five cone-shaped Christmas trees using traditional hand building and sculpting techniques with terracotta clay. Each piece is shaped by hand and decorated with coloured slips to add pattern and surface detail. After the workshop, the finished work is fired and prepared for collection at the Bowhouse Christmas Market. It is a relaxed, practical introduction to working with clay.
