Artist and creative Morvern Graham has worn many hats throughout her career. ‘For me, the word storyteller sums them all up,’ says Graham. ‘Whether I’m literally telling stories to an audience, crafting a story into prints or storytelling through design, costumery and performance.’
From her cliff-top house and attic studio overlooking the wild North Sea below, Graham weaves together stories from folklore and the land she calls home. This sense of place is central to Graham’s storytelling, literally as well as figuratively: she uses recycled materials as often as she can, collecting shells, driftwood or foraged plants from her doorstep.
