Waterfalls
on Arran.

It’s 21:02 on Arran.
Isle of Arran

Eas Mor and the Glenashdale falls.

The south of Arran keeps its waterfalls in the woods, each at the end of a lovely walk. Above Kildonan, a burn drops almost straight down a cliff into a pool in a deep, wooded gorge, reached by an easy trail from the coast road. Carry on a little and you reach a turf-roofed cabin full of visitors' notes and drawings. Above Whiting Bay, a double fall of 45 metres pours over the edge of the hill, seen from a wooden platform on a circular walk past the Giants' Graves. Go a day or two after rain, and wear sturdy boots for the climb.
