Fishing harbours on the Berwickshire coast.

The Borders' short coastline has two lovely harbours. Eyemouth has been fishing for centuries and still bustles with boats, while the little village of St Abbs sits under high cliffs with a working harbour and a lifeboat station. Both are lovely for a wander, an ice cream or a fish supper. From St Abbs, paths climb to the headland and its seabirds. Bring binoculars in spring.
