Asu gives Brown's of Leith something bright and light.
It's a walk-in counter at the back of Brown's, a food hall in a former steelworks building on the Shore. It comes from the team behind Five March in Glasgow. Expect Asian-leaning salads, a katsu fried chicken sandwich and a big bowl of pho ga. Drinks come from Haze, the wine and tinned-fish bar in the same building. ShrimpWreck and Civerinos are right beside it.
