Welcome

Falkland already has the palace and the old streets, and now it has somewhere good for coffee after a walk.

1821 is a new café in the old stables on Falkland Estate, with a garden that looks straight up at East Lomond Hill. The coffee is from Origin and the pastries come from the café's own bakery, so come hungry. It's run by the estate's own charity, and what you spend goes back into the woods and paths you've just walked. Dogs are welcome and even get their own menu, which makes it an easy stop at the end of a morning on the hill.
