Makers Market

A Sunday at Portobello is a fine thing on its own, and on 4 October there's a good reason to step inside as well as walk the prom. The Makers Market fills Portobello Town Hall with stalls from local makers, so you can browse handmade things and chat to the people who made them. There's a linocut workshop on the day too, if you'd like to try making something yourself. It's a gentle early start on Christmas presents, with the beach right outside for a walk afterwards. The market runs from 11am to 4pm on Sunday 4 October at Portobello Town Hall, 147 to 149 Portobello High Street.
