Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival
Edinburgh's autumn gets a taste of Spain and Latin America as the Edinburgh Spanish Film Festival returns for its 13th year.

Each August, Edinburgh becomes the site of the world’s largest arts festival as the Fringe returns for 25 days of performances across the city. The 2025 programme had over 3,300 shows in 265 venues, with work from more than 50 countries. Events span comedy, theatre, dance, cabaret, music, spoken word and children’s entertainment. With no selection committee, the Fringe is open to all, professionals and newcomers alike. Street theatre and pop-up performances animate the Royal Mile, while established venues and independent spaces host formal productions.
